With close to 20 years of experience across telecoms, energy markets and emerging technologies, I advise companies and institutions on complex legal and regulatory projects. My career began in telecoms before I took on Head of Legal roles at European exchanges, experiences that shaped my holistic, 360° approach to law and strategy.
Today, as an independent lawyer at the Bordeaux Bar, I support clients ranging from startups to international operators.

My work spans:
- Business law & contracts – negotiation and drafting of complex, multiparty agreements in international contexts,

- Data privacy & compliance – GDPR frameworks, privacy-by-design and cross-border data management,

- Energy & market structure – currently accompanying the legal structuring of a carbon exchange,

- Artificial intelligence & emerging technologies – advising on ethical, regulatory and contractual design,

- Web3 projects – assisting in project design and regulatory alignment,

- Cybersecurity & crisis management – from cyberattacks to crypto fraud responses, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Depending on needs, I act as advisor, project manager or external legal director, bringing both strategic insight and operational implementation capacity.
